Build for maintaining Haven forever and spamming Pillage.

Pillage's effective range does scale better with duration, but it will also take longer for the drained armor/shields to convert to [Hildryn]'s shields. Not to mention that you already have ~50m on your Pillage with this build, which is usually more than enough.

[Fast Deflection] shows its worth when you hit your shield gate by greatly boosting base shield [Regen] and allowing you to recast pillage before the grace period runs out.
