I have witnessed a single slash proc bleed tick dealing 300k damage with a yellow crit headshot, with regular instead of primed faction cleanse mod.
To give you a comparison of how much damage that is, a lvl150 heavy gunner has 38,669 hp. They also have 8,727 armor which essentially gives them 1,163,591 effective hp. But bleed damage from applying slash procs doesn't care about armor of any type. It completely bypasses and ignores it.
This means that I just overkilled that lvl150 heavy gunner. But what if he was lvl9999 which is the current level cap? He would have 750,680 hp. That mob would still not stand a chance. And I wouldn't even need to bother about armor removal.
If I had any way of boosting my crit chance such as [Smeeta Kavat]'s Charm 200% cc set, [Adarza Kavat]'s Cat Eye 60% flat additive cc, Arcane Avenger 45% flat additive cc, [Harrow]'s Covenant 50% flat additive cc (200% for headshots), [Nidus]'s Teeming Virulence multiplicative cc, I would be able to [Reach] orange (100%+) or even red crits (200%+) with this weapon, and higher critical hits give higher critical damage which also boosts our slash proc bleed damage. Headshots also boost our bleed damage.
The reason why we run Frigid Blast over Primed Chilling Grasp is because adding more elemental damage won't increase our slash proc bleed damage.
Hunter Munitions is very much noticeable and it is a gift to this weapon. You can apply infinite slash procs, they will tick at the same time. There is no cap to them, only a visual one showing you only up to 10 ticks of damage (the white damage numbers popping out of the enemy).
If you're wondering why the forma polarities are so scuffed, I have 4 other configurations for this weapon, this is my 5th one, made specifically for endless steel path grind. If you don't care about my other configurations you can simply cut down some formas and save yourself some materials. The exilus slot I just fit with whatever could fit with the leftover mod capacity.
If you want to go check out my other configurations visit the links here (they all share the same forma/polarities):
