This means if an enemy deals 10,000 damage per shot, you will only receive 11 damage per shot (assuming every condition is active), which you will heal back immediately as link reflects the damage and gloom counts that as damage for lifesteal. You should therefore always be able to heal more HP than damage you receive until close to level 1000+ when certain enemies start dealing millions of damage per shot and can oneshot your toal eHP.
Cast Well of Life on an enemy, then shoot it with a weapon, particuarly one that can chain to other enemies e.g. primary [Vermisplicer], [Kuva Nukor]. This will cause it to build up damage.
Cast Well of Life again to dispel which will cause the enemy to die and drop 4 health orbs, which will be converted to 220 energy by [Equilibrium], with a 25% chance for an energy orb.
