Just bind your heavy attack to your scroll wheel and let it rip!
If you don't have Primed Fever Strike, you can use one or two less forma with either Fever Strike or Virulent Scourage.
If you don't want healing, you can replace Life Strike with more toxin mods or cold mod for viral/corrosive.
