Hey people! This is my new player friendly [Dread] build. Nothing (or close to nothing is really all that expensive. Rime rounds can be acquired from tier 2 spy missions as a C-drop rotation reward. Bode on Ceres is what I'd recommend. [Malignant Force] can be acquired from Corrupted Vor in the void. The survival mission Mot is what I'd recommend. Being in a group is advised. If you can't get your hands on them I'm sorry. Rime rounds goes for 20p on Warframe.market and Malignant Force for 3-6p.

Serration - I've left 2 from the top cause I'm a little low on endo. You can max it out if you want.
Point strike - It alone pushes the crit chance past 100% (You can change this for Critical delay if you want)
Vital sense - A good crit chance is useless without a good crit multiplier
Split chamber and Vigilante armaments - Multishot is awesome. Would recommend on pretty much everything.
Rime rounds and Malignant force together make viral. If you dont have these 60-60 mods go with the 90s. But you'll need that status chance as you progress further.
Hunter munitions - is on here cause its fair and balanced. No but seriously though, it'll apply on a crit hit and what's the crit chance? 125%. Pretty good yes?

2 forma, to fit everything on here. Just add 2 V symbols or Madurai

You'll be getting one shots with this on level 120 corrupted heavy gunners for the most part. Sometimes one or two shots more.
Goes without saying, aim for the head.

For an MR5 weapon, its bloody glorious.
