This build focuses on [Frost] key strengths while making every ability relevant. With 250% power strength, you can strip 100% armor with Avalanche. Subsume ability is Condemn, which gives you overshields as well as more crowd control. Range at 160% lets you increase the range of Avalanche & Condemn without making your Snow Globe too big. Snow Globe has decent tankiness with a starting 20k HP.
