I have checked and yes this gets plenty of procs with [Proton Snap], this is an absolute sc buff meaning it gives 50% final sc, like cats eye or harrows crit buff for cc. This means kitty claws can get bleed as long as [Proton Snap] is active. If you dont have primed smite you can use [Quickening] or [Primed Fury] for attack speed, which is helpful for more mixed damage, or for high level enemies the normal smite mods for bleed damage. Proton strike is a game changer for my claws build and this is undergoing tweaking. The slide attack has great damage output but can do with some stacking. Important note; gladiator mods equipped to your regular melee or frame will buff [Talons] based on your regular melees combo count, this can give you a lot of crit and Naramon along with the 3 glad mods on your melee can keep your combo floating. Sac steel and 4 glad mods stacked to 12 gets you 660% crit, i.e old bloodrush. This does not work if the glad mods are on [Talons](unless they are also on the melee, just they dont count by putting them on the [Talons]). Range is in my opinion mandatory for kitty claws. [Proton Snap] is worth 500% modded sc on claws, making it more than [Weeping Wounds] gives. The viral is already to high for bleed sake but it isnt too bad, and its not worth dropping sc to get it any lower. If there was a 1% cold mod, id have that instead of [Vicious Frost] for more bleeds. I gave kitty ww and bloodrush(kinda but not really), go fourth and conquer. If you really want to gimp your bleed damage for more upfront you can use higher level [Vicious Frost], probably worth it on a lich or acolyte run due to the 4 proc limit, you should stack that fine with more viral damage. R0 [Frost] can also take a vazarin polarity to allow northwind to be used in this situation hut be aware more viral is less bleed, and viral is only so effective until 10 procs.
