Vigilante Vulk (with Crit&Status)

I use this as the weapon for my Prisma Shade Companion.

The load-outs that I use the duo with were already sniper builds anyway that had the "[Vigilante Supplies]" mod equipped anyway. So I chose to go with this 2 forma build to give my little guy more to give.
