Pistol Ammo Mutation can be replaced with Steady Hands or Lethal Momentum
Hornet Strike because we can't proc status on Hemocyte, so we can't slot in Galvanized Shot
Blast element is chosen because we will armor strip Hemocyte with Vastilok / Sarpa's Shattering Impact, or you can also go for Corrosive, both have bonus against Hemocyte's armorless health
Galvanized Crosshairs can be replaced with Creeping Bullseye if you don't want to maintain the crit stack bonus from killing the mobs
Secondary Dexterity is chosen instead of Secondary Merciless because it's easier to kill mobs with melee such as contagion weapons or any high range melee, and also longer bonus period.
