-This build is my personal build. I haven't maxed out all of my Umbral mods because its just impractical in my opinion. You can't just get an Umbral Forma anytime you want and they're locked behind Nightwave. I mean, use an Umbral Forma if you want but I personally wouldn't simply because you don't really need to. The only Umbral mod worth maxing out is Umbral Intensify.

-Now that's out of the way, [Adaptation] is by far one of the best mods.
Every damage type you get hit by grants 10% resistance to that damage type and if you keep getting hit by the same damage type, it'll stack all the way up to 90%. Which, imo, is amazingly useful for higher levels.

-With the Aura, I chose Growing Power, but I added an Aura Forma to that slot so choose which ever Aura suits you. A good alternative is always Corrosive Projection or Energy Siphon. I suppose Physique might be okay, but imo, it's either Growing Power or Corrosive Projection.

-I see people going for 175% range but imo it's just pointless to go any further than 145%. Most areas you'll be in are compact and having 175% range will just cause mobs to get stuck, thus halting your energy gain and slowing things down. I also think duration past 155% is pointless because if mobs do get stuck behind walls due to Larva's unfortunately flaw, then it'll only take longer for the ability to reset. You for sure want either Hunters Adrenaline or Rage for the obvious energy gain capabilities paired with Streamline as well

for the Arcanes, most wont be very useful with [Nidus], so going for survivability is probably his best bet. Arcane Guardian and Arcane Grace are probably the best arcanes to use with [Nidus]. You'll be getting dealt damage an awful lot in higher levels, so these arcanes will actually trigger more than you'd think.

Also, bring a high status weapon as well. You want 100% status. I personally use Kuva Nukor with Corrosive and heat
