You can swap [Primed Flow] and the augment for something else like [Augur Reach] for extra range or [Hunter Adrenaline] for more energy. You wont ever run out of energy with [Nidus] as long as you hit 4 or more enemies with your 1. [Abundant Mutation] is also an extremely good mod as it makes your 1 and 4 do more damage, using your 3 takes it even further.
