Wisp: 4100+ eHP (Arcanes required) and 373% Strenght, because why not

Updated: 20.02.2020

This build is an improved version of the "top build".

What did I do here and why?

  1. Got rid of that stupid overused Armor decreasing mod. When you can kill Level 140+ with OHKOs, it's useless anyway. Let me use that slot with something more benefitting.
If +373% Strenght isn't appealing to you, which gives 1119 extra health @ 111.90/s HP [Regen], I really don't know how you play.

  2. Replaced the Armor Umbra with the [Vitality] Umbra mod, as it makes [Wisp] even more tanky. This also increased eHP from 2018 to 4900.
Combined with the increased heal output from triggering [Growing Power] and placing the Health Mote asap, will give you an even higher survivability, when you got hit by a smooth crim Nullifier and need to rebuff.

Advice: When you go low on health, bullet jump away and use aim glide to trigger your passive. Land in a slide to avoid a hard landing and start bunny hopping.
This will cause your HP to refill over time. If for whatever reason your HP fell below 25% anyway.

  1. Replaced Stretch with Augur: Reach to make more use of the Set-Effect. This build uses so much Energy, wasting that would be shame.
Add a [Rakta Dark Dagger] for more status and oversh... oops, I almost told my secret. Jk, this build

  2. Added an Aura and Umbra Polarity, because why not. May be a little excessive, but grants the most versatility you can have. If you have no Umbra Forma, just leave that slot blank and add another Naramon to compensate.

Downside of this build: It's heavily reliant on energy, if you use Breach Surge a lot. Bring Pizza. no tipping.

[Wisp] Gameplay Advice 1:
Placed Motes keep the strenght you had when you placed them.

Wisp Gameplay Advice 2:
The range of the Motes is not a flat 2D range, it's a sphere or near-cylinder. Using this knowledge, you can optimize your play and use motes more tactical.
Prime Example is Hydron.
Just place all motes on the pod, while it is on the lower level. If your range isn't diminished, it extends upwards. When the platform is in the upper level, you can still get the buffs from the mote below. Place a health mote on top of the pod in upper level position, so you can cast Breach Surge more efficiently. Place the 2 remaining Motes as Speed Motes somewhere else.

Wisp Gameplay Advice 3 - for Defense Missions:
If you have a SpeedNova in your cell, skip the Shock Mote. You will interfere with the speed applied to the enemies. If you get in trouble, place them. Ask that [Nova] to stop casting, while using "Would you kindly?" in the same sentence. Works all the time. Otherwise push the Voice chat button and tell her how you feel.

Most SpeedNova's don't understand, they should NOT use their 4 against Grineer and Corpus, when there is no [Frost] present as the DMG output of the enemies scales with their firerate and amount of bullets they fire.
On Infested, no problems, as most of them are melee units and can be intercepted easily.
Please note, this advice applies to Defenses and some Mobile Defense Scenarios.
On all other gamemodes, just let her spam her 4. No biggie.

[Wisp] Gameplay Advice 4:
Be swift and alert at all times.
If you like to stand around in the open, getting bullets in you and watching your mates getting bullets in them, you may consider a different frame which is actually made for that purpose of being a bullet magnet cough [Rhino].

[Wisp] Gameplay Advice 5:
Has Sol Gate ever been useful? Just forget its there.
