Controversial opinion: Inaros is a great frame and deserves more love.

This build requires 4-5 forma, depending on how many umbra forma you are willing to use. Sadly, this build does require at least one umbra forma (unless you want to lower the rank of your [Umbral Intensify]).

I chose to upgrade [Umbral Intensify] in order to better support Blood Alter's healing abilities. That along with Arcane Pulse rather than Arcane Grace makes [Inaros] a capable healer as well as an immortal god. "But Emoticon!" I hear you asking, "Isn't the healing from Arcane Grace what makes [Inaros] so immortal?" Yes, and no. Instead of Arcane Grace (which is hard to farm and very expensive to buy) I use my trusty [Panzer Vulpaphyla] with her [Hunter Recovery] mod. She is a immortal healing machine once she gets going!
