Rain hell and leave not an atom intact
This build for [Akarius] focuses on high multishot and fire rate combined with Arcane Pistoleer for an infinite barrage of missiles. Check out my REVENANT | Kill God buid for the rest of my loadout synergy.

Forma Cost:

This build requires 4 Forma minimum, but can be increased to 5 Forma for Primed mods.

Playstyle:

This build is not suited for normal play, as [Akarius] has terrible ammo economy. 50 shots do not last long when fired rapidly. This must be combined with some form of Ammo Efficiency buff, like that from Arcane Pistoleer or Energized Munitions.

REVENANT | Kill God synergy - You cannot take self-stagger when your Mesmer Skin is cast, so feel free to go wild with these. To make up for the terrible ammo economy we use Arcane Pistoleer which will give 12 seconds of infinite ammo and no reloading when you get a headshot kill. These pistols are good for headshots as damage done by the AoE explosions can hit the head. Just make sure to aim upwards and hit any drones/ospreys if there are any. If you are using a similar Primary with low ammo, you can switch to it after proccing Pistoleer, and it will be able to use the Ammo Efficiency buff too.

Mods Explanation:

Pistol Pestilence + Frostbite + Heated Charge - Adds high Status Chance and elements of Heat and Viral. You can use whatever elements you want.

Galvanized Diffusion + Lethal Torrent + Anemic Agility - Multishot and Fire Rate both increase DPS and Status procs.

Quickdraw - QoL mod to make up for the low magazine and slow reload.

Hornet Strike - Increases damage, duh.

EXILUS:

Reflex Draw - For fast switching to our Primary, so we can make use of Pistoleer's Ammo Efficiency if wanted.

Lethal Momentum - Missiles go from gun to enemies face 40% faster.

Arcanes:

Secondary Dexterity - For the Holster Speed and Combo Duration.

or

Secondary Merciless - Only if you aren't using the melee or Pistoleer. You don't need bonus Ammo or Reload if you aren't using any ammo.

Substitutes/Extras:

• Quickdraw can be swapped for anything if you don't care for the reload speed.

• Swap Hornet Strike for Faction mods to get double dipped DoT procs.

• [Gunslinger] can provide sufficient fire rate without the damage decrease. Depends how fast you can click.
