The damage of this build can be extremely high, but need to stack combo, and apply status on the ennemis : it will quickly not one-shot, but can easily kill the ennemis of the steel path.

An Arcane Strike on your warframe would be very good.
Your warframe is a good way to apply status, as exemple, with [Saryn], every ennemis will have the status corrosion. [Saryn] can also aply viral with her spell 4.
[Condition Overload] stack additively with [Pressure Point], so [Pressure Point] it is not needed.
If you use an aura for the combo duration, or have the Naramon focus you can remove the [Drifting Contact].

this build don't use Viral, becaus il would cost 2 mods slot, and everys prock of viral is not a slash proc, so it is not so strong. (but it would also make one more status for [Condition Overload])

for a riven : the best place is instead of [Drifting Contact].
the best stats would be :
critical damage ; range ; damage to gineer ; slash damage ; attaque speed (if no arcane strike) ; combo duration (if no naramon).
You can also use Toxin and Cold on the riven to have Viral.

("highest" is not exactly true, it could be higher by removing [Primed Reach], but would mean to be much less practical, and that would be useless even for the steel path.)
