Once [Boltor] (Prime) was one of the best weapons in game, now... it's not.

But it doesn't mean that now it's bad. It's just mediocre, it should help you with unlocking all starchart, but I wouldn't use it above sortie level.

Definitely not a crit based weapon, so I would not go that way, we need to focus on pure status damage/proc. and on multishot. Use it with a pair of some good melee, so you can trigger Arcane and get some nice buffs to damage output.

Bane of Faction mod is flexible, change it according to the faction you are up against, or put [Serration].
