Dispensary is a good option over 4 as well for a support oriented build. Can add [Equilibrium] over [Streamline] in this case.

[Stretch], [Streamline] and [Augur Secrets] are all flexible for [Augur Message], [Augur Reach], [Ironclad Charge] e.t.c.
You can also have much more duration by replacing [Energy Conversion] or [Transient Fortitude] with [Primed Continuity].

Maximum power strength with [Energy Conversion], empower and [Growing Power] active is 452%, which corresponds to a 226% roar buff.
Adding Molt [Vigor] gives 497% strength. Adding Molt Augmented gives either 512% or 557% strength depending on if you replace [Vigor] or Energize. Add Madurai for another 40% for a final maximum strength of 597% strength.

Iron skin with 452% power strength is 8.5k, which can be boosted to 22k with arcane tanker if you want.
