1 MILL+ dps Primary fire Radiation+Viral INDEX build (read desc)

UPDATE:
24/09/2021 - This is my standalone build. After doing some testing and since the release of Plague Star I've decided to make multiple different configurations for the [Bubonico], one for general gameplay, one for Plague Star and one for the secondary fire.
After testing out I'd say that you should only be using this build for Index. This build can easily get you to 12 rounds aka 1 hour of Index for that John Prodman poster solo. Every single enemy in Index has alloy armor aka bonus +75% damage from radiation.
Just keep in mind that Radiation does -25% damage to Shields, which all Corpus enemies have, so having a good secondary weapon with Magnetic (+75% dmg to shields) would be a solid choice as well as having a warframe ability, corrosive or Shattering Impact modded melee to strip some armor is nice, but that's already overkill.
Remember to not strip all armor, you want to keep some armor for the +75% radiation bonus damage, yellow health, otherwise you're going Flesh or Robotic red health which will make your Radiation useless.
In general gameplay however Radiation as an element is far less useful than Corrosive, so I'll be using a Corrosive build for general gameplay.
If you want to go check out my other configurations visit the links here (they all share the same forma/polarities):

Update 30.9 (2021-11-11)
(Undocumented) Changed the description of [Galvanized Savvy] to better [Reflect] its current function (which clarifies that area of effect damage is not included)
... BUT WAIT! We want to explain why because it’s very important to us that everyone understands where we are coming from with our current design mindset. AoE Weapons are the dominant ones by every usage metric. We see this day after day. Having this bonus apply to the AoE instance felt dangerously close to a myopic choice concerning powering up player Arsenals that simply do not need it. This mod never worked on AoE, and the description now explains that to avoid confusion. We understand those seeking a different outcome will disagree with this choice, but ultimately we are not willing to further bolster AoE at this time. This is due to the increasing difficulty in creating content that serves to challenge the Tenno.
Wow thanks DE /s, well at least this doesn't affect our Primary fire damage but it made our secondary fire even more useless. I would still recommend you to use Galvanized Savvy over Primed Point Blank because with this build you can easily proc up to 6 statuses with just this weapon alone which is 6x80% aka +480% damage increase, way more than the +165% from Primed Point Blank. But yeah...the alt fire is basically gonna be there just to apply the Radiation status of confusing enemies into attacking eachother and the Cold status to slow them by 50% allowing it to act as a baby Gloom, it's a big aoe so it helps. The line I wrote below is now redundant.

They fixed savvy, your damage comes from auto fire.

Honestly you could drop [Galvanized Acceleration] and just not run anything in the exilus slot and effectively save 2 formas, 1 exilus adapter and 30690 endo because it doesn't effect your dps at all but the speed of bullets, especially the burst fire ones, is noticeable and helps with the long range fall off.

No bane mods because you honestly can't fit them in anywhere. "What about removing Galvanized Savvy/Primed Point Blank because we'll get our +raw dmg from Primary Merciless+Blaze?" Nope not an option, because the +raw dmg from Blaze for some reason isn't calculated along with other +raw dmg mods but it's separately added into the calculation, you can read more about it on it's wiki page(this btw makes Blaze an extremely brokenly op mod), so yeah since we'll need to stack up Primary Merciless the damage bonus it provides alone is not enough for us to play the game. We are also not looking to kill with any status procs such as Electricity/Fire/Gas/Slash dot ticks but instead we are looking to kill with the raw damage this weapon does, the faction mods excel at boosting the damage of the status procs I mentioned because they double dip them, so yeah they are not needed in a build like this.

If you got a riven, fit it in instead of Shotgun Spazz and Blaze so +fire rate +heat +dmg(raw dmg/cd/cc/ms) -neg riven and then run a primed faction cleanse mod, it will greatly help you with your slash and elemental damage. You can fit all of this in by dropping [Galvanized Acceleration], which is not a big loss.

With a god roll riven this weapon can [Reach] over 1.5 million dps.
