Roaring Explosions Mirage | ESO Nuke/Buff

INTRODUCTION

This is the [Mirage] you would bring to a team situation or densely packed node for nuking e.g. Elite [Sanctuary] Onslaught, defense objectives. The augment [Explosive Legerdemain] is crucial to allow for nuking, as [Mirage]'s 2 (Sleight of Hand) now sets damaging traps in an extremely large radius which causes decent damage and provides crowd control.

Currently Melee Influence is bugged and triggers from clones or explosive legerdemain, allowing insane spreading damage while using Amalgam Argonak + a dagger such as Innodem.

BUILD SPECIFICS/STAT BREAKDOWN

Duration
We want to maintain some duration for uptime of Roar. If you DON'T run Roar or use a helminth that doesnt really require as much duration (e.g. Pillage, Fireblast, Terrify), you can consider swapping [Archon Continuity] for [Streamline] or [Augur Reach] (need to red slot).

Efficiency
You want neutral to high efficiency so you can spam 2.

Range
Despite an update saying [Explosive Legerdemain] is "fixed" at 15m, the explosion range still infact scales with range with a base range of 20m, reaching 47m at 235% range.

Strength
We want as high strength as possible to boost the damage of traps and the boost of roar.

HELMINTH

  • Roar: Roar boosts abilities but MUST be subsumed over Eclipse. Roar also double dips on the status effects created by [Explosive Legerdemain] giving 3x more damage , i.e. a base 1000 dmg trap at 254% strength therefore deals 1000x2.54x0.5x1.76x1.76=3833 damage.
  • Armor Strip (pillage/fireblast/terrify): This would be most effective at scaling the damage of explosions against armor.
