When it comes to the mod loadout it is important to remember that a weapon should suit your playstyle.

Toxic and Heat are solid progenitor elements, honestly any element will do as this is best used as a high critical weapon. Keep in mind that [Primed Cryo Rounds] is a good element mod for damage.

There's some aiming required as this weapon is affected by gravity. Regardless, this weapon kills. There are many configs out there but in the end it hits hard.

As you'd expect from a critical weapon, Critical Delay/[Point Strike] and [Vital Sense] are a must. [Firestorm] is optional but it makes killing easier, not like you really need to aim with this default 8.3m radius AoE. You can also detonate the arrows by using the alt-fire to let the clusters fall, but it's not commonly used.
