Sure, you can use those as actual weapon, but it won't be as efficient as actually right build. It's all about building around tree Gladiator Mod Set.

Tree of them will actually give us +30% Critical Chance per Combo Multiplier for our Hysteria, and for the weapon itself.

I'm not going to elaborate here, just use those to pair with 2x Maxed Arcane Dexterity on your Primary and Secondary weapons.
