The steel flag of Old War Railjack crews, the Pennant was invaluable in repelling boarders. With each heavy attack kill the Pennant's speed of attack increases.

PENNANT Build (Melee Crescendo)

The vast majority of my builds are designed to help others, but are also designed for me as reference points to know how I want to build my weapons. And I'm aware that the simulacrum exists, but unlike most of you that will give me shit in the comments, I have a life outside of this game. So this is what. I use when I'm not playing. I'M FULLY AWARE THERE ARE BETTER BUILDS FOR THINGS LIKE STEEL PATH, LEAVE IT ALONE!

One of the only other two-handed [Nikana] in the game besides the [Tatsu] and [Tenet Grigori], but the acquisition of the [Pennant] requires RNG in Railjack, which already isn't very fun. Or you could spam in trade chat and wait for a response from someone who is feeling generous enough to trade for it, which is what I did, regrettably...

But one thing to keep in mind is that heavy attack mods like ([Killing Blow]) and (anglam [Organ Shatter]), ([Focus Energy]) or ([Reflex Coil]) to help with heavy attack wind up speed and efficiency. Those two stat increases help your base attack speed with each heavy attack on an enemy which is the whole gimmick of the Pennant. But [Spoiled Strike] is also something that is worth keeping on this build, because building combo with this thing is hard. So running this thing with a secondary weapon that can supplement damage with any of the Dexterity Arcanes to keep up the combo duration, you're all good.

One thing to keep in mind is that the crit damage can be supplemented for with crimson archon shards, as that is what I've done on my [Kullervo].

Despite this thing not being the best weapon for steel path content, it does the job when you actually heavy attack. With the addition of Dreamer's Wrath and Melee Crescendo you can keep initial combo, and have extra crit multiplier for heavy attacks. Which is a very necessary gimmick.

Keep in mind that this is how I build MY weapon's an warframe's, they work really well for me, so if you are one of those people that is going to to go into the comments and give me shit is to how I play the game, I will kindly ask you to put a tooth pick under your toenail and kick a wall. JOKINGLY OF COURSE.

If you do decide to follow my builds don't get butthurt if your numbers aren't the same, all the riven's are the ones that "I have rolled" so don't psyche yourself out if you don't get a riven that is a good as the ones in my builds.

Be sure to take a look at my other builds. I also recommend looking at the vault status of all prime variants in the second link below. If you want information on the quests and the requirements, I recommend looking on the actual Warframe website under the game dropbox to look at the warframe profile videos as well as looking at the quest guide and the faction types.
