This is my build for crowd control. I run a fairly high ability strength (using a [Nidus] spector if really needed) and typically no blitz. Provides a fairly wide but constant spray of bullets, and punch through keeps the dropping bodies from interfering with hitting the next guy back. Works well for speed exterminates, or any of the endless types. Not as high of an output for heavy single targets though.
