This Grineer bow delivers vengeance in the form of clusterbomb-tipped arrows that can be detonated mid-air or on impact. Low quiver capacity, arrows are recovered singly.

The basic premise
This is a crit build (with a dash of viral thrown in for extra zest), making it perfect for those delicious slash procs we get from [Hunter Munitions]. As is the nature of slash procs, they completely bypass armor and inflict bleed, which is extremely powerful in Steel Path. With the raw damage, crit chance, and crit multiplier here, there isn't much that will survive one or two shots, and whatever does will be mopped up shortly thereafter by the huge bleed DOT we're gonna get. Once you start to get the stacks of [Galvanized Chamber] and Primary Merciless going it's easy to maintain them, the high raw damage will help with that, and your TTK and overall killing potential just gets silly. But perhaps most importantly, it's incredibly easy to use and get going. You don't need to rely on headshots, ADS, special conditions, etc... you literally just have to get kills with it. And that's pretty easy to do with this monster.
The mods
Rivens:
Aim for +CC and +CD, avoid particularly harmful negatives for the Bramma (like -fire rate, -CC, -CD, -magazine/ammo capacity). Having a riven with decent +CC lets us avoid using the more popular [Critical Delay] in favor of [Point Strike] while still maintaining 100%+ CC for more consistent slash procs and taking full advantage of our huge crit multiplier. This allows us to avoid the fire rate penalty and eliminate the need to counteract with fire rate mods (trust me, that fire rate penalty hurts if left unaddressed).
Base damage mods:
The reason for these (Serration and Heavy Caliber) is to increase front-loaded damage to make building stacks initially a little easier and quicker, as well as buffing our bleed procs, as that is only affected by base damage. I prefer [Amalgam Serration] for the QOL improvement from the sprint speed bonus, and the 10% difference in damage from the standard version is negligible.
Utility:
[Vigilante Supplies] is an absolute necessity in my opinion, it's vital to ammo management. Primary Merciless, while contributing hugely to DPS, comes with some very nice secondary perks, particularly for the Bramma, like doubling ammo capacity (giving you 10 whole arrows worth of explosive fun!) and improved reload speed, which is gonna help you crack off successive shots for carpet bombing.
Crit chance and multiplier:
Self explanatory. Try to get the CC over 100% to take full advantage of that crit multiplier and [Hunter Munitions].
WILDCARD (Vigilante mod set bonus)
[Vigilante Supplies] will always be on your Bramma, but you can also reap the set bonus (up to a 20% chance for an "enhanced" crit) with the rest of them equipped on your sentinel's weapon. So definitely do that.
ANOTHER WILDCARD (Synergy)
Overframe doesn't account for the Vigilante set bonus, as I just mentioned, OR viral procs. We already have viral on our Bramma, but it's gonna proc inconsistently since we're not building for status. This is where my [Kuva Nukor] build comes into play. Use your secondary to prime especially tough targets with a stack of viral procs, then send a few arrows down range for a tasty 360% bonus to health damage (which, hey, that's what slash/bleed deals damage to directly).
Thanks for checking out the build, and I hope you enjoy it! Now go carpet bomb entire civilizations into oblivion, you [War] criminal.
