Comments:

  • Kuva Zarr is a weapon to kill through damage over time that is, you must slow down and bleed enemy hordes.
  • This is not a weapon to kill acolytes, this is not a weapon to kill bosses or heavy enemies that can instant beat your frame, this weapon is ideal bleed targets and horde farming but you need to have a good pool of ammo.
  • The video above shows the weapon with only a single auxiliary mod Scavenger Rifle warframe aura.
  • Unfortunately [Kuva Zarr] has become one of the weapons most negatively affected by last ammo rework, it is possible to see my caution in ammo rationing in video and it is noticeable that the gameplay becomes frantically worrying, this factor negatively affected the weapon in every way because you can't speed up damage over time without increasing the fire rate so the player will ration ammo waiting for the target to die bleeding to generate more ammo charges.
  • It is possible to see in simulacrum that [Kuva Zarr] is still a strong weapon, you can bleed Juggernaut lvl195 with 3 or 4 magazines but its biggest problem is the reload interval and ammo difficulty.

Mods:

  • Serration + Galvanized Chamber = basic damage mods combo. galvanized aptitude is a problem here as you need effective damage against eximus enemies without killing any enemies, serration is the best choice.
  • Critical Delay + Vital Sense = basic crit mods combo.
  • Primed Fast Hands = this weapon has almost 4 damn seconds of recharge, this mod is more than mandatory, if you dont have a invisible frame ou any frame tath give you fire rate / fire rate use this mod.
  • Vigilant Armaments = I'm not sure, there's no information on the wiki but apparently the explosive projectile generates fragments that are affected by multishot, so the multishot can increase the amount of projectiles significantly increasing the stack of slash stat.
  • Hammer Shot= additional critical damage for increased damage of Hunter Munition, This mod's status chance assists in accelerating the buildup to Primary Frostbit
  • Hunter Munitions = slash status does real damage that ignores any number of armor so this is one of the main damage mods in the build, this mod is properly aided by a set of mods in the build, the multiple shot mods and cold damage increases rapidly Primary Frostbit and the critical damage from Primary Frostbit significantly increases the slash damage of Hunter Munitions, this damage increase is superior to elemental combinations of Viral damage and the player still has the advantage of cold damage that slows hordes and unique targets.
  • Primary Frostbit = additional crit and multishot arcane for Hunter Munitions damage increase.
  • Cold Warframe Projenitor = The cold elemental has the function of slowing down targets and triggering the Primary Frostbit

Warframe and Mod Recommendations:

  • Atlas and Voruna are the most suitable frames for explosive weapons without adding any mod. Atlas has stagger and knockdown immunity including explosion effects as long as you are not in the airbone, and Voruna can trigger full immunity to explosive status effects through the passive of skill 2.
  • You can also get 100% explosive knockdown resistances by combining Sure Footed + Power Drift + Fortitude mods or using Cautious Shot in Kuva Zarr's exilus slot.
  • Primed Sure Footed is the best option to remove stagger from explosive weapons in any frame but this mod can only be achieved after 400 days of login, that's a long time.
  • Garuda + Blood Forge synergizes with this weapon but remember you still need ammo pickups near the stationary area.
  • Helminth Protea Dispensay generates ammo for stationary strategies.
  • Helminth Energized Munition give +75% magazine ammo efficiency, you will have a less reload cycle and have more time to load additional ammo.
  • Arcane Avenger will give you +45% additional crit chance and can grant you some red crits fragments.
  • It's a good weapon for Nekros Skill3 farming as you can instantly kill enemies in lower level missions, there is no heat or corrosive melter elements so corpses remained whole for Nekros Skill3.
  • You can replace Hammer Shot or Primed Fast Hands with Primed Bane Mods, this makes it easier to bleed enemies in endurance missions and can increase your threat level for enemies lvl 500+.
