After spending some time using Overframe and checking out other people's Exec builds I noticed a huge emphasis on, "bigger numbers go brrrr". Considering the site doesn't accurately take into account QoL mods that still boost damage such as range mods and combo duration mods (something I noticed a lack of in many of the top builds for this weapon), I wanted to make a more realistic build for someone that doesn't want to spend every other second in a mission worrying about killing an enemy. It is also worth noting this is more of a combo duration heavy build, I do not think this is optimal, just revisiting the fun times of Blood rushes hayday. Going forward are some of the important points I wanted to make.

1. Understand that the conditional toggle is inaccurate. [Sacrificial Steel] will double it's effectiveness assuming you are only heavy attacking without taking into account your reduced attack speed from doing so. This results in grossly inaccurate numbers and probably worth remembering when you see the mod in other builds.

2. I opted for heat as the innate since I can't see a way to fit any elemental mods while doing a full hybrid build and heat is easily the most useful singular element. Perhaps dropping [Gladiator Might] could make room for [Primed Fever Strike] at the cost of a little crit damage allowing you to achieve either viral with innate cold or corrosive with innate electricity. Both solid innates in most scenarios.

3. If you want status you need attack speed, if you want [Weeping Wounds] or [Blood Rush] you neeeed to have a combo extender mod. Honestly, just so little room for a weapon that desires to be very ambitious imo.
