My [Mesa] Build.

[Power Drift] can be interchanged with [Mesa's Waltz] for some QOL.

Notice [Fleeting Expertise] and [Streamline] are not maxed to save 10% duration and 2 Capacity. (Efficiency maxes out at 175% anyways)

Notice adaption is only rank 8 saving 1 more capacity to make room for the umbral mods. Alternatively [Umbral Vitality] can be left at 15 and Adaption can be maxed out. However with adaption at rank 8 it still gives you a max of 90% resistance, it just takes 1 more hit to get there.

Also I do not see the need for Primed Flow in this build with Arcane Energize, I have no issues. However if you want it, primed flow can replace umbral Vitality/[Intensify] and then go ahead and max adaption again.
