Rage's Endgame Config D: The Solo Acolyte Slayer

Baruuk. Paci-Fist. Destroyer. This late-game Warframe serves as an object lesson for why one should never antagonize a monk: push one beyond the limits of their restraint and you’ll become the focus of intense, raw [Fury]. Down that road lies only pain.

This series of builds is part of a complete loadout designed around maximizing the destructive potential of [Baruuk]'s Serene Storm. It is optimized specifically for high level Steel Path content and excels in missions with very high danger levels and high enemy density. The ideal playground for this build is therefore Mot (Steel Path), the Tier 4 void survival, as enemy density is very high and enemies do bonus damage against the player. This combination makes it trivial to drop [Baruuk]’s restraint gauge to zero quickly and to keep restraint levels managed, even while Serene Storm is active. Outside of survival missions, you’ll typically have to be much more mindful of your restraint gauge, but you’ll still absolutely destroy most of the Steel Path star chart if you pay attention.

The basic gameplay loop is as follows:

  • On mission start immediately, cast Desolate Hands for damage reduction.
  • Dive headfirst into the first large group of enemies you see, spam melee attacks and Lull to max out your melee combo counter and rapidly drop restraint gauge toward zero. This process should take 30-45 seconds depending on enemy spawns and grouping.
  • Activate Serene Storm, point your camera at some enemies, and delete anything in front of you within 20m. See a target behind cover? Your wave attack laughs at their cover since it has infinite punchthrough.
  • Refresh Desolate Hands to keep dagger count at 9 or higher for maximum damage resistance.
  • Cast Lull on groups of enemies periodically to keep the restraint gauge from filling back up and keep Serene Storm active indefinitely.

Combine with the Naramon operator tree (for Power Spike) and the following builds to complete the loadout:
