This build is meant to be very hard to kill while putting out large amounts of melee damage using your exalted weapon. Ripline (1) is replaced with Roar via Helminth. Use Roar to boost damage output with a duration of over 75 seconds. Use Warcry (2) to boost your armor and attack speed. Each melee kill adds 5 seconds to the timer via the Eternal War augment. Use Paralysis (3) sparingly to knock down and CC large/tough targets. Use Hysteria (4) to deal large amounts of melee damage with your [Talons] (see my [Valkyr Prime] Talons build for the synergy). ADS at an enemy and melee attack to use the Hysterical Assault augment to teleport to and stun/strike the enemy. There is no energy cost or cooldown to using this teleport, and it can be used for mobility as well as to kill enemies faster.

Uses Arcane Fury for +180% melee damage and Arcane Strike for +60% attack speed which both work with your 4's Talons. Meee-yow!
