As the title says... When the strength of the argument is not sufficient, use the argument of strength.
When the diplomatic interview doesn't go your way, take your gun out and everyone will change their minds and agree with you. This is what the [Ambassador]'s job looks like. True story, not making it up :)

Okay, maybe I'm making it up. Anyway, this primary weapon doesn't look THAT powerful, but it gets the job done. Doesn't matter if it's auto-mode or charge-mode. Both modes work really nice.

Electricity alone is not that great, but combined with Viral and forced Slash, this weapon can easily melt enemies on your path.
