This is my current build for Hily's fist guns and I personally don't mind the long charge time because most enemies below level 100 will die just spamming it uncharged but if you seriously want the extra charge time reduction you can throw in another madurai polarity on [Lethal Torrent] and put in [Gunslinger] instead [Augur Pact] and boom. Relatively same dps but with a small loss yet faster charge time.

IF you SERIOUSLY want to max your DPS forma the [Augur Pact] slot with a Naramon and put [Primed Heated Charge] in its slot and it will destroy damn near anything. Is it overkill? YES. Is that how I like it? YES. Am I going overboard because [Hildryn] is one of my favourite frames? ABSOLUTELY.
