Hitman Vectis (902k Burst DPS) Riven,, Galvanized Chamber & Scope, Deadhead Arcane

Swapped out [Depleted Reload] for Galvanized Mods to push DPS further.

Reason being 0.6 reload to 0.9 reload is not much of a difference and having that extra Magazine count helps for both [Galvanized Scope] and Deadhead arcane.

Tried playing around and [Depleted Reload] will have higher sustained DPS than [Galvanized Scope] (98.6k vs 87.7k), having the extra round there still helps for overall DPS.
