If you turn on "Apply Conditionals" you can see the what you're aiming for which is "HIGH DPS"
This is the Optimized Build for my earlier High DPS build because I focused on the Consistent DPS to deal on enemy and now including the conditionals and I built this...

I prefer the previous because I balanced out most of the damaged without needing to accomplish the conditions just like [Blood Rush], [Berserker Fury] and Conditional Overload but if you want the Highest then put this build in your Arsenal.
You can get Red Crits with this Build but not only to GET Red Crits but make it sustainable Red Crits so stop whining in the comments without even trying the Build
