Smoothbrains won't understand that you're meant to have high efficiency, not high strength. You want more casts to benefit from the 4s invulnerability the globe receives upon being cast, as well as it receiving HP from damage received during that 4s. Higher efficiency scales better into the end game due to higher invulnerability uptime and HP per energy spent.

Whatever happens do not let idiots tell you that [Frost]'s globe build maximizes strength. It doesn't. Maximize efficiency to maximize the amount of time in which the globe is invulnerable and receiving HP from damage prevented while invulnerable. Recasting = refreshing invulnerability/health soak + combining globe HPs.
