Well rounded build for any level. In case you do not have all listed mods - Can get away with using other variants with minor impact on performance

Just replace:
Primed Bane FACTION Mods -> Serration
Galvanized Chamber -> Split Chamber
Hunter Munitions -> Vigilante Armaments or Hammer Shot

Multishot on beam weapons multiply damage output by the amount you have (ex.: x1.8 multishot multiplies your damage by 1.8 (+80%)
And with max stack Galvanized Chambers you get 3.3 - so your damage output gets multiplied by 3.3 (+230%)

Using Galvanized Scope may not sound like a good idea on a weapon you can't really aim, BUT IT IS!

• When the buff times out, one stack is lost and the buff duration resets.
  From my testing it in the simulacrum, it sometimes can lose all the stacks.

• Killing an enemy when the timer is less than ~1secs, it sometimes doesn't increase the stack,
  just resets the timer or sometimes even loses a stack...

• In 89% of kill cases enemies don't die to direct hits, but to status effects instead.
  On anything over level ~120 you won't be able to stack the buff reliably.

• The ADS (aim down sight) condition is required, so dont forget to use it (recommend using toggle for it)....
