Crit/Status Umbral Blade for Acolyte Murder

This build out and out focusses on damage and nothing more. I know, we have both Sacrifical Pressure and [Condition Overload] but I'm too lazy to fix that. If you'd rather use P. [Reach] in place of CO then go ahead. The reason I've left both Sacrifical Mods in is because it brings us up to a relatively workable 56% crit chance right off the bat - remember, Umbral/Sacrifical mods work as a set.

This is designed to work with my Excalibur Umbra to destroy anything in our path, including Steel Path. Just remember to have Red (or other suitable Fire creating Emissive) on your [Excalibur Umbra].

Ultimately this is about loading the enemies up with Status Effects and maintaining a high combo counter (yes, crit can still work even on Steel Path) which is why we use [Drifting Contact] as this is the only mod which can actively increase the Combo Duration for us here, meaning we maintain much higher damage figures even along those boring Exterminate and Sabotage missions.

The reason to stick with [Gladiator Might] instead of either Berserker or [Gladiator Vice] is that we actually do better with a 5x Crit Mult than with +30% attack speed and Berserker stops us increasing our Crit Chance. When we run this with Arcane Strike we have a near constant +60% attack speed anyway which has proven more than sufficient.

I did have a look around and found an improved Deconstructor Prime Build over what I was using (credit to THeMooN85 for that build). And this is why we use [Gladiator Might], it allows us to use [Helios] to carry the rest of the Set for us giving us the crit chance and ultimately see an Acolyte die in 1 hit (averages more but I got lucky once) or at least very quickly.

There isn't too much to this build by way of 'how to use' beyond simply going ham on everything.

Note: Figures here show different to actual in game figures. Accounting for my own personal mods not being maxed the basic figures in my game are as follows:
Status Chance: 118.2%
Heat: 1078
Corrosive: 2425.5
Total: 3503.5
