Inspired by Ravakahr's build, I wondered what would happen if I used the forced orb output of [Pool Of Life] with [Health Conversion] and a massive armor pool. Yes, we lose cold imbuement (along with magnetic, viral, and blast), but we can get those from our weapons. More importantly, we can proc [Health Conversion] on demand and provide healing and orbs to our teammates as well. [Primed Sure Footed] means we are never knocked down, and we don't give a hang about energy.

Yes I know it's two umbral forma, I know that is painful. But pain can be controlled, you just disconnect it ;) Movie quotes aside, I recommend using rank 8 umbrals and no exilus (or no [Rolling Guard]) until you can acquire the forma.

Carapace mods are free slots, swap one for whatever you'd like there (some other good alternatives are equilibrium and energy conversion due to forced orbs, overextended for range on catalyze/probe, or shock absorbers/reflection for memes). Dropping one of them drops the Overframe calculated EHP by 4k-ish
