UPDATED October 2021 for some added power.

This is a melee-focused buffing build mostly for entertainment value, but it is still very usable in most content. It is surprisingly effective in Disruption missions and is very good in area defense and survival missions, both in solo and squad play.

[Fused Reservoir] is not a mod I generally recommend, but with the use of Empower it makes a good deal of sense for both quality of life and energy economy reasons.

Basic gameplay loop is as follows:
1. Equip your best heavy damage, slow moving melee weapon. Hammers and heavy swords are particularly hilarious for this. Example build using Gram Prime
2. Enter mission, immediately cast Empower.
3. Switch to the universal mote, find a good spot for it, and throw it down for an easy 405% power strength cast of all [Wisp]'s mote buffs. This generates an 81% haste buff and a nicely boosted health buff.
4. Spam melee attacks and cackle like a lunatic as you rip your enemies to shreds.

To crank the power even further: Throw [Power Drain] on your parazon, bring a kitgun with Pax Bolt, and taking advantage of [Energy Conversion] and [Growing Power] for another 155% power strength. Stack all the conditional buffs correctly, and you're looking at an effective power strength of 560%, good for a haste buff of around 120% and a chunky health buff for you and your squad.

Take this into an arbitration sometime when you have a [Wisp] buff. Bring a [Nidus] if you can for that sweet parasitic link buff when casting your motes. Die laughing while you watch your enemies die even faster.
