Primary: Long-range proboscis attaches to a target and then splits off to attack up to three more enemies. Secondary: Three short-range proboscises fiercely latch onto targets and maul them.

My personal [Vermisplicer] Primary build given the riven mod I stumbled into. Extremely straightforward. If you don't have a riven, use [Hunter Munitions] or [Vigilante Armaments].
If you want to make this an 8 forma build, forma [Vital Sense]'s slot and forma the exilus slot so you can squeeze in a slightly underleveled [Vigilante Supplies]. You are only using VS for the enhanced crits so the level doesn't actually matter.
