For use with my Wukong Prime Ultimate Index build https://overframe.gg/build/171951/
We run no element or physical damage mods because Bleed doesn't scale off of them at all.
[Sacrificial Steel] + [Sacrificial Pressure] are a must on any heavy attack build. [Amalgam Organ Shatter] + [Killing Blow] are also requirements on this build. There is no substituting any of these.
[Primed Smite Corpus] is required because this is an Index build. All enemies in Index are Corpus so this is a huge damage boost that also boosts our Bleeds to x2.4 damage.
[Condition Overload] is +240% melee damage as we are using a primer secondary. You could potentially run an Impact [Tenet Cycron] with [Hemorrhage] to make CO a +320% melee damage single slot mod, but impact cycrons suck so you'd be locking it into the role of just a primer forever.
[Corrupt Charge] doubles our damage, so always run it unless you have a riven that brings you to 2x combo itself but not to 3x combo with [Corrupt Charge]. No idea if that's possible but just sayin.
[Primed Reach] is for comfort. If you don't feel like you need it for some reason (perhaps you fancy yourself an infallible god gamer, or you're high on meth) then [Gladiator Might] (or an ideal riven) would be the strongest replacement for it.
An ideal riven would be at least 2 of the following: Crit chance, crit damage, initial combo, and melee damage.
Status Duration & Range are also nice to have but aren't as powerful, so I'd only keep them if they were a 3rd stat alongside your 2 ideal stats.
Status Chance is useless since our base chance is too low for it to ever matter.
Elements and physical damage bonuses only boost the damage of the initial hit, NOT THE BLEED. It really doesn't matter if our swings are doing even 50k more damage because of some elements (highball) when our bleeds are hitting for several hundred thousand a tick. Focus the bleeds and they will take you much farther.
You could run [Dokrahm] + Korb + Vargeet II Ruhang for about 32 more base damage (+10% total damage) but you will feel the drop in attack speed. Whether or not the dps is higher I don't know, but I prefer comfort so I chose this weaker, faster build instead.
