Not much to say- the goal with this build is to max out her 4.

• Max efficiency means low energy/sec cost
• Max eff and high duration also lets her cast her 1 to buff herself to ludicrous speed/fire rate levels
• High strength gives her guns ludicrous punch
• Her 4 pretty much prevents all damage, so survivability mods are dropped- but [Umbral Vitality] gives her enough health to survive forever.
• Arcane Energize keeps her charged and Arcane Velocity makes her guns empty themselves in half a second. Good times.
