Splinter Storm infinite damage

Modding [Gara]

Cast Splinter Storm then cast Mass Vitrify and break it from outside with Shattered Lash to upgrade your damage.

To reset the timer of Splinter Storm, cast your Mass Vitrify.

[Transient Fortitude] lvl 6 because we need 130% strenght to have 90% (cap) damage reduction and to not reduce the duration too much because we need duration.

Modding Stat Stick

You have to take a weapon to up the combo quickly.

So we take a sword and shield because we can up the combo by parrying the bullets. We take the [Ack & Brunt] because it has a high riven disposition.

For the modding we only put damage mod and no critical or status mod.
