Archwing Health and Healing always feel brittle to me. For general use, let's pump those shields and make sure to up that speed. This setup will let you easily cast your ult and let it do great work for you.

Use Primed Morphic if you want but honestly I don't feel it's worth the endo, so I've excluded it from this build. Without it, it is a simple 1 forma build, with it you're up for 2 forma, which is not bad, if Archwings weren't somewhat annoying to level.

Auxiliary Max is personal choice in my opinion, depending on how energy feels for you. [Itzal] has the luxury of being able to easy loot energy orbs, out of all Archwings, this is the one I would be ok with excluding it on, just move [Morphic Transformer] to that Y polarity.

If you decide to remove some of the aforementioned mods, when during pure Archwing missions, I find that [Cold Snap] is fun and useful, keeps the pressure off of you.

I have a version of this where I swap out [Auxiliary Power] for [Cold Snap], but if you do not have the ever illusive [Energy Amplifier] (serious it took me so long to get...) use that slot for [Cold Snap] or a health mod, whatever makes your vessel buoyant.
