First off, the extended efficiency and range are meant for [Volt]'s first ability. If you use this on anything above level 30, then you might as well go stand in a coolant river because it will do nothing but tickle your favorite Grineer Heavy Gunner's toesies for a few seconds before they smash your face in.

[Primed Sure Footed] and [Armored Agility] are to prolong suffering (obviously). You wont be able to be knocked down, and will have that extra boost of speed because [Volt]'s 2 is rendered completely useless with 40% power strength. So, uh, base sprint speed pog? Also [Stealth Drift] because I always get this during Lua missions and it makes me want to smash my face into Nef Anyo's beautiful money beard until I remember that the mini map exists again.
