Update: this is an cool late game build. Can one shot almost anything.
[Heavy Caliber] still a pain in the ass, so find you a nice riven if you can't stand to it.
[Charged Chamber] is a good alternative to [Primed Chamber], but not even close tbh (it's +40% damage against +100%).
[Critical Delay] is superior than [Point Strike] because fire rate does not influence because there's only one shot. Your actual fire rate is your reload speed, so... stonks.
