This build works under the assumption you are spending 100% of the time in Stealth.

Why you would use a Huras

You know when your in a Spy and your solving a hack and suddenly your Stealth runs out. The Huras will immediately reapply your Stealth. Same goes for anytime your stealth runs out. It's just nice until you bother to reapply it.
The Kubrow works the same as the sentinel [Shade] except that its a dog and you can make it look cooler arguably. Also it can open lockers, though its generally just personal preference as to what you want to use.

Stealth
[Stalk], applies within 24m. Which the dog always is, especially after DE patched in that the pets "jump to you", even their corpse when dead. Stalk Gif.

Utility
[Hunt], if by accident in combat its nice that the Kubrow will [Rush] the enemy and knock it down so you have a chance to reapply before taking too much damage. Such as on Steel Path, in Sorties, etc. Hunt Gif.
[Scavenge], it opens stuff whilst your going through the Spy obstacles.
[Fetch]
[Primed Animal Instinct] (or [Animal Instinct])

Damage
[Maul], if you do get into combat it will survive.

Pet Survivability
[Metal Fiber] or [Primed Pack Leader] (or [Pack Leader]), pack for Melee heavy build, fiber for a Primary or Secondary focused build.
[Hastened Deflection]
Link Shields, if your stealth frame has higher Armor, use Link Armor instead.
