You should go ahead and build the Para Model for its mods and mastery, but I'd hold off on seriously investing into it until the mysterious information above comes to fruition.
The idea is to let it go ham on things like the Hyena enemies do, jumping on them, CCing them until they're useless and blasting them to shreds with a great weapon.
