This is a double Umbral Forma build, but here's what you get for it:

• Extremely potent eHP, with 70% baseline damage reduction that jumps to 84% when Arcane Guardian kicks in

• [Reaping Chakram] is a flex slot and can be replaced with Streamline. If you like Chakram, use Reaping Chakram. If you don't, use Streamline

• You can replace [Primed Flow] with [Augur Secrets] if you want shield gating, which also frees up the flex slot for [Armored Agility] for farming runs

One guarantee this build has is that you will pretty much never die. [Nezha] is an immortal god with very little help and this build gives him a LOT of help.

The play style is simple: Keep Warding Halo up. That's it. That's all you really have to do. The rest of your energy can go into whatever you want. Fighting something resilient? Throw a chakram to debuff it. Can't handle a huge crowd? Toss up some Divine Spears. Gotta go fast? Fire Walker. The great thing about [Nezha] is he doesn't NEED to use any of his abilities outside of Warding Halo to be extremely powerful. Everything in his kit is situational utility that gives him flexibility in virtually any scenario.
