My name is UltimoFive and today we are going over the Twin Kohmak, The Scattershot Slicer.

Weapon Information

• The [Twin Kohmak] is the dual version of [Kohmak]. In order to obtain the [Twin Kohmak] one must farm for the Blueprint's drop on Merrow, Sedna, which is dropped by Kela De Thaym. The materials necessary to make it at the foundry are: 2 Kohmak and 1 Forma.

• The Twin Kohmak requires a mastery rank of 10.

• The [Twin Kohmak] comes with a "D" Polarity Slot, plus a "Dash" Exilus Slot. Because of this, the builds on this weapon will require 5 forma.

• The [Twin Kohmak] excels in Close to Medium Range Combat that deals with Slightly High Leveled Enemies of all factions in Small to Medium Crowds.

Comparison to the Original [Kohmak]

The Twin Kohmak has a couple buffs and debuffs when compared to the original Kohmak in different areas. These stats would be:

• Higher Fire Rate at 6.67 Rounds per Second Vs. 5.00 Rounds per Second

• Larger Magazine Capacity at 80 Rounds Vs. 40 Rounds

• Larger Max Ammo Capacity at 240 Rounds Vs. 210 Rounds

• Slower Reload Speed of 2.2 Seconds Vs. 2.0 Seconds

• Slower Spool-Up at 11 Rounds Vs. 4 Rounds

• Lower Accuracy at 6 Vs. 8

Advantages Vs. Disadvantages

Advantages:

• High Slash Damage at 18.0 / 60% and 90.0 / 60% Fully Spooled

• Very High Overall Status Chance at 69% and 13.8% Fully Spooled

• Innate 1.5 meter Punch Through when fired as a Single Pellet.

• Innate Multishot that increases up to a cap of 5 pellets with auto-spool

Disadvantages:

• Low Base Damage at 30.0 and 150.0 Fully Spooled

• Has Linear Damage Falloff from 100% to 66.67% from 12m to 24m

• Low Critical Chance at 11%

• Very Poor Ammo Efficiency

Synergy with The Twin Kohmak

Arcane Synergy

• Arcane Pistoleer - Upon Headshot kill with Pistol, 60% chance for 102% Ammo efficiency for 12 seconds.

• Arcane Precision - On Headshot, 100% chance for 300% damage to pistols for 18 seconds.

• Arcane Awakening - On reload, 60% chance for 150% damage to pistols for 24 seconds.

• Arcane Avenger - Upon getting hit, 21% chance for 45% Critical Chance for 12 seconds.

Riven Synergy

When you get your hands on a Riven for this weapon the Flex Slot to replace will be [Lethal Torrent]. This will require 1 or 2 more Forma and in order to maximize Damage output with The Twin Kohmak, one will need to get lucky and get some nice stats. These stats would be:

• Ideal Stats - The Ideal Stats would be; Damage, Fire Rate, Multishot, and Negative Zoom, Negative Impact, or Negative Puncture.

• Secondary Ideal Stats - The Next Best Stats would be; Damage, Fire Rate, Critical Chance or Critical Damage, and Negative Zoom, Negative Impact, or Negative Puncture.
