For min energy consumption when running WoF. Max streamline so you get 180% efficency. Doesn't show, but helps when the duration is under 100% 0.97 energy/sec with rank 4. 0.77 energy/sec with rank 5.
Rank 5 Fleeting only lowers the drain by another 0.02, so keep at rank 4.

- Stretch And overextended

You still want to hit stuff way over there.

- Arcane Energize

To keep your WoF going. Doable without, but might have to restart it sometimes.

- Abilities

1 - Never use

2 - Spam as long as you have the energy for it. Blinds and ads 4.13x damage to fire.

3 - If you want I guess

4 - Hit at the start of the game and forget about it.
